Mr Uddin's practice at Crescent Law, in London Road, Morden, was closed by the SRA on May 18. The Labour Party have said they are "disappointed; Also A Deputy Upper Tribunal Judge and a Special Advocate, Mr Abid Mahmood partner of Crescent Law practice. He also has been stopped from working by the Solicitors Regulation Authority because "there is reason to suspect dishonesty", it has emerged; Recent work includes the judicial review of a decision to refuse British citizenship, which concluded that the government should change the law; also He is recognized for his work on judicial reviews and has experience in handling national security proceedings; ?? A spokesperson for the SRA said: "The Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) has intervened into the practice of Crescent Law. The grounds of intervention are that there was reasons to suspect dishonesty on the part of Mr Labour candidate Imran Uddin and Mr Abid Mahmood of Court of Protection. "An intervention means the SRA has closed a firm with immediate effect. We will stop the firm from operating, take possession of all documents and papers held by the firm - including clients' papers- and take possession of all money held by the firm, including clients' money. "The SRA has appointed an agent to deal with all matters currently held by Crescent Law. The agent will assess all on-going matters and deal with those of greatest need first. The SRA's archive team will take control of all documents held by the firm." The spokesperson said that the investigation is still ongoing, and it is not yet clear whether there will be disciplinary proceedings. If there are, the information will be available publicly.

Where the enquiry I believe was Covered up no action taken. They moved him to Merton council. Then to Greenwich council, he left and went onto Lambeth council. Where his in-law Ms Nyasha Gwatidzo started off her social worker career in the 1990s as social worker for Lambeth Council, 2016 today she is now a multi millionaires, and brags that rich status, ie Banya trust, Vana trust which MP Paul Bercow made a surprise visit to one of their centres inside Zambia, etc etc and much more from Gwatidzo fostering adoption teams etc . Darlington Gwatidzo first started at Lambeth council when he came to the uk using his Zambian university social worker qualifications? Sutton Met Police inquiry confirmed his social worker qualification where not in order. Technically someone using bogus papers to gain entrée into the UK makes that person an illegal immigrant. Darlington Gwatidzo today connects with another falsified social worker called Ms Nazik Nasser believed to be an Australian national working now in south Vietnam as a social worker trainer? (NEVER HEARD OF THAT JOB BEFORE). She was also employed by Sutton Councils children’s department in 2013 at the same time and in the same team as Darlington Gwatidzo who was team manager . Ms Nazik Nasser has never studied for a social worker degree in any country let alone Australia or the UK, evidence gained from her Queensland university, spelling out the truth, Ms Nazik Nasser only took a 2 year base science degree, which might give her a job working with elderly people, certainly not children. Or even a call centre job etc. Back in the UK 2013 she first registered with HCPC as a social worker, coming into the UK on a working Visa supported by an employer on that visa to get into the UK, employer not disclosed, she gave her registration address as Clapham Common London SW 4. The only persons or company I can connect in that immediate area of SW 4 is BANYA Limited. and Darlington Gwatidzo who lives a mere stones throw from Clapham common. I did check with Lambeth Council and they staed they have never heard of her. Would someone like to tell me how HCPC registered her as a BA Social worker when she didn’t have any social worker qualification? Was this illegal HCPC registration done through the Gwatidzo’s empire or a close friend in Sutton Council children’s department? Just to add to this mystery or corruption, Darlington Gwatidzo connects with Ms Nazik Nasser on her personal Linkin web page 2016. Makes me strongly think fraud/corruption has taken place.
